Location

My studio is located at 1809 W. Chicago Avenue in West Town Chicago. It is RUUM 010. When you arrive at RUUM, you can arrow down on the call box located next to the front door and select my name and I will buzz you into the building!

Is there Parking?

There is metered street parking available on Chicago Avenue directly in front of RUUM. I suggest downloading the ParkChicago app so that in the event your appointment is over the 2 hour limit you can add more time to your meter on your phone.

How should I PreparE for my SErvice(s)?

Whether you are getting a Haircut or Color service, be sure your hair is not too dirty, and is styled down in the way you most often wear it. If your appointment requires bleach to be applied at the scalp (not a highlight or balayage) please make sure you haven’t washed your hair the day of your appointment. I suggest no more than two days before, no less than one. No root touch up sprays before color, please. If you have any photos for inspiration, have them ready and available on your phone. If you choose to wear a mask, please be sure to wear one that is either disposable or one that you don’t mind getting wet or color on. I will always have disposable masks available for your use, and will wear a mask with your if you choose to wear one at your appointment.

Late/Cancellation Policy

An appointment reminder will be sent 5 days before the scheduled appointment. In the event you need to cancel with less than a 72 hour notice, please contact Hannah immediately via text. A cancellation made in less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the non refundable down payment, or 50% of the initial appointment if a down payment was not taken. A new down payment will be required to book a future appointment, if applicable.

No call / no shows will be charged for 100% of the service(s) scheduled, in addition to the loss of the clients non-refundable deposit, if one was taken. A no call / no show will not be able to re-book without payment of the cancellation fee and a 50% deposit.

If a client is anymore than 15 minutes late to an appointment, all services may not be able to performed that day, or will have to be rescheduled depending on the service(s) booked, and may result in a rescheduling and loss of the non refundable deposit used to book the initial appointment.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment are Zelle, Apple Pay, cash or credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.
